However, in order for us to be able to fulfill our obligations, you would have to meet a number of requirements:
A completed apprenticeship or a university degree as a nurse.
B2 Level of German language proficiency or the willingness to learn it.
Reliability, and the ability to adapt and work in a team.
Successful completion of our selection process.

If you are already proficient in German at B2 level or higher:

SOLVED GmbH offers you the opportunity to improve your language and professional skills, while working in the German job market. This in turn helps you become familiarized with the German lifestyle, and what it's like to work in Germany.

We have made it our mission to fully support and accompany you while you settle in Germany. The variety of opportunities and possibilities make it easy to highlight you and your competencies while also taking your goals and dreams into consideration. 


If you are not yet proficient in the German language at B2 Level: 

We offer you the opportunity to undertake a German course in your home country, which will help you climb towards this proficiency level. Before coming to Germany, you will learn the language up to B1 level.

After this, you will undertake a B2 level course in Germany.
During this time, while you gain first-hand experience in the German healthcare segment as a nursing assistant, and settle into Germany with our support. Upon the successful completion of the B2 language and receiving your certificate, your nursing degree will be fully recognised, which also equates to a raise in your salary.

Citizens of non-EU countries

For interested applicants from non-EU countries the procedure is as follows:

If you have a B1 level certificate in German:
 
We offer you a training programme at one of our partner schools. A successful graduation of this programme means that your nursing degree is fully recognised, without the need for an otherwise necessary knowledge examination.

During the training course, you will be working in a German health institution and gain valuable experience on the German labour market. Of course, you will also be remunerated and financially supported accordingly. We will also take care of your residence permit and the necessary work permit.

SOLVED GmbH has set itself a goal to accompany and support throughout your journey with us, from the very first contact, to your last day with us. This could be, for example, help in finding suitable accommodation, dealing with the authorities, or full legal support.

By checking your documents in advance, we make sure that all the documents necessary for the recognition process are ready and up to date, and by doing so, we guarantee that everything will be processed smoothly.
